Before you book, there are a number of terms and conditions that we need to
make you aware of – a full written set of terms and conditions are available
on request.

Who are we?

Cruiseships.co.uk is a trading name of : Latebreaks.com Limited.
registered as a company and trading at: 91 Commercial
Road, Parkstone, Poole, BH14 0Jd. We are fully bonded members of the Travel
Trade Trust Association, membership number - R8235.

Planning your cruise:

1. Cruiseships website is designed to be used along with the main brochures
and promotional materials produced by the cruise lines featured. To help
with planning your travel itinerary, we would recommend that you obtain a
copy of any relevant cruise ships brochures, which will provide full information on
hotels, flights, ports of call and cabin grades.

2. Cruise rates apply when sharing a two berth cabin, including port taxes
only (unless otherwise stated) and usually refer to either standard inside
or outside accommodation.

3. At the moment www.cruiseships.co.uk is acting purely as an affiliate website and any enquiries will need to be directed to the appropriate affiliate contact details as shown on the affiliate website.

The following only applies if booking a cruise via the Latebreaks call centre.

Please note: Latebreaks are not currently booking Cruise holidays direct

Once you have selected your preferred itinerary, just call our
experienced reservations team. Our staff will check availability and will be
able to offer further information regarding flights, hotels, destinations,
cruise upgrades, 3rd / 4th sharing, single, child rates and ship facilities.

4. To confirm your booking, we will need to take a credit/debit card deposit
over the phone and for cruise bookings you will need to send us a completed
booking form which can be found in the relevant cruise line brochure. For
cruises, our consultant will advise on the exact amount of deposit required
PLEASE NOTE:- all deposits are non-refundable. Prior to signing a cruise
booking form you MUST ensure that you have read and fully understood the
full terms and conditions of booking, which are laid out in the relevant
cruise line brochure. No additional charge is made for use of credit card
when paying your deposit.

5. Once we have received your signed and completed reservation form, we will
take your deposit and confirm your booking with the relevant cruise line.

6. An invoice will then be issued showing amount received and confirming the
exact details of your travel itinerary that we have booked for you. Please
check this invoice very carefully and advise of any errors or omissions
immediately, in particular, please check spellings of names. Cruiseships
cannot be held responsible for any errors not notified to us at this stage.

7. Your final balance is due ten weeks prior to departure, or immediately if
your travel commences within ten weeks. The balance due date is shown on
your invoice and reminders are not usually issued.

8. Your balance may be paid by a personal or building society cheque -
please make all cheques payable to LateBreaks.com. Please write the surname
of the head of your party and the booking reference on the back of your
cheque. We also accept SWITCH, DELTA, VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX cards. Please
note that a surcharge of 1% for cruise bookings may be levied for balance
payments made by credit cards.

9. In the event of your balance not being received ten weeks prior to
departure, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you. In the event
that your balance is still not received eight weeks prior to departure then
we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with full loss of deposit
paid.

10. If you need to alter or cancel your reservation at any time prior to
departure, please call our reservations team immediately. A scale of charges
applies for any changes and or cancellations made and full details of these
charges are shown in our full terms and conditions, a written copy of which
is available on request. Any alterations or amendments to your booking MUST
be confirmed in writing to Cruiseships within 48 hours.

11. Once your balance has been paid your tickets will be issued and sent
approximately two weeks prior to departure. Once again, please check them
carefully and notify us of any errors.

Prices are subject to change at any time and Cruiseships cannot be held
responsible for any printing/and/or typographical errors .
